We want you to love your socks. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed socks within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To Be Eligible:

  • Socks must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

What’s Not Eligible:

  • Socks that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at info@rohisocks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it at no cost.
